This act: (1) makes an appropriation of $15,816,579 from the Education Trust Fund to Tuskegee University for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026; (2) conditions the appropriation on the completion of an approved operations plan and audited financial statement; and (3) creates reporting requirements.
